Damage analysis and reports
Product-related services are increasingly becoming a differentiating feature in international competition.
For more than 30 years, damage analyses and expert opinions have been prepared at SKZ.
The damage analyses are carried out on almost all plastic products.
The expert opinions take a holistic view of the cause of the defect from the plastic material, the processing, the product design and the environmental influences in the application. The SKZ expert opinions are prepared in accordance with VDI Guideline 3822 "Failure Analysis", in the development of which the SKZ played a major role. However, even without the presence of damage, plastic parts can be comparably examined and evaluated (e.g. initial samples, condition assessment, etc.).
