The advanced training providers German Plastics Center (SKZ) from Würzburg, the Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid (KIMW) and the Kunststoff-Zentrum (KUZ) in Leipzig are launching the advanced training initiative Kunststoff Dreieck Deutschland. The initiative will start with a launch event online on April 26, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

What if three institutes joined forces to jointly raise the quality of their advanced training offerings for the plastics industry to the highest level? The training providers German Plastics Center (SKZ) from Würzburg, the Kunststoff-Institut Lüdenscheid (KIMW) and the Kunststoff-Zentrum (KUZ) in Leipzig have exactly the same thoughts. The result of these considerations is the newly created training initiative Kunststoff Dreieck Deutschland.
Why a triangle? If we put a map of Germany on the table in front of us, we can see that the three institutes with their main locations form a triangle in the middle of Germany. Three corners, three companies, but one common goal: Shaping the future of the plastics industry together with specialists - united in a strategic partnership.
“There are only winners in this partnership. Both on the part of the partner companies and for the companies in the plastics industry, because this generates positive learning effects," says Dr. Benjamin Baudrit, Deputy Managing Director at the SKZ.
"Three institutes that jointly superimpose their training concepts, use synergies and complement the content of courses, for example in the field of injection molding. This promises to be successful," adds Dr. Thomas Wolff, Managing Director of KUZ Leipzig.
The launch event for the initiative will take place online on April 26, 2023 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Participation takes place with prior registration via the KIMW Lüdenscheid shop system and is free of charge.
“We are excited to see the reactions of the plastics world. There has never been a merger of three major players in the training industry. Look forward to this strategic partnership,” concludes Michael Krause, Managing Director of the KIMW.
