Haitian Strengthens Skilled Workforce Training at the SKZ
Haitian International Germany GmbH is once again supporting the SKZ Plastics Center in providing hands-on training for skilled workers and is once again making a state-of-the-art injection molding machine available to the Würzburg facility for training and continuing education purposes. The provision of this equipment underscores the long-standing and trusting partnership between the two organizations.

New Injection Molding Machine Expands Hands-On Training and Continuing Education at the Würzburg Campus
With a Haitian Zhafir machine already in use for training at the SKZ campus in Peine, the Würzburg Technical Center is now also benefiting from a new machine. The Zhafir Zeres 1200V/300/B36mm, with a clamping force of 1,200 kN, will be used for training and continuing education and will be available to the approximately 1,000 participants in injection molding courses each year.
The machine comes standard with the intelligent HT.EXTEND systems and expands the technical possibilities across numerous educational programs—from introductory courses to certification as a Certified Injection Molding Set-Up Technician and Certified Mold Designer. Both career changers and experienced professionals benefit from this modern machine technology. Thanks to its fully electric drive system, the Zhafir Zeres also impresses with exceptionally low noise emissions, thereby creating optimal conditions for a pleasant learning and training atmosphere at the technical training center.
