SKZ-Cert GmbH offers services to all interested companies. All procedures stipulated in this manual including corresponding documents shall be applied. SKZ-Cert GmbH ensures an objective, impartial and competent assessment to all customers. We are confident and open-minded even for complaints. All people of SKZ-Cert GmbH as well as all external auditors are committed to act with responsibility accordingly.
The objectives of SKZ-Cert GmbH are to stimulate the applicant to reflect and act in such a way as to save resources and ensure safety as well as energy-conscious at work and health protection. Thus confidence for economy, consumers and other public organizations will be improved. By considering materials, procedures, products and systems SKZ-Cert GmbH creates a suitable frame for a practice-oriented and reasonable certification according to generally recognized rules. Qualified staff with a long experience in practice as well as appropriate means help to realize these objectives.
To ensure neutrality SKZ-Cert GmbH does not offer nor perform any advisory service. In addition we do not recommend any consulting agencies. All applicants are offered the same service to avoid unsuitable financial claims or other conditions which might harm impartialness. Our long-term and successful cooperation is based on loyalty towards our customers and public.
Within our strategy about customer satisfaction we regularly review and analyze data to critically check our own system referring to respective valid standards and guidelines. Consequently specific aims and corrections will be determined.
