Food safety management
This is the only international standard to be applied for companies working in human or animal food industry but also for organizations and service providers such as producers of devices, packaging, cleansing means, additives and ingredients. ISO 22000 defines the requirements for a safe food chain. It combines the aspects of a professional quality management according to ISO 9001 as well as those of HACCP-standard. Thus the responsibility for food safety is put into the hands of the company's management. Consumers are more and more interested in getting a quality food standard. By a certification according to this standard you really meet the increasing demand of customers on information and safety. Consequently customers' confidence is gained, too.
