The German Federal Employment Office (BA) promotes a job qualification for unemployed persons in order to get hired by a company (as requirement for being hired) Procedure: The person suitable for a certain job must be in the process of looking for a job and registered at the Federal Employment Office (BA). You as the entrepreneur define the necessary qualification activities – we support you! By means of our offer  you apply for the financial help at the federal employment office. The BA approves the absorption of costs and we carry through the qualification activity. After having completed the qualification activity successfully the person can be hired for the job.
