In-situ analysis
Our
“JUST-IN-TIME trouble-shooter“ provides a perfectly equipped mobile
testing laboratory - not only for urgent cases. An experienced SKZ
expert on board carries out the local analysis and puts possible
solutions to a problem or suggestions for improvement into practice
directly on the spot. The business and activity analysis at the
client’s location shows practicable ratio potentials within a short
period of time thus increasing the productivity and quality
considerably. An analysis like that influences the criteria for
evaluation and the decision of banks upon granting a credit in
accordance with Basel II.

Process simulation
Experiments and calculations performed prior to production help to
avoid failures and, as a consequence, to save money. If we accept and
sample the moulds on behalf of the purchaser of technical parts, he can
be sure of the reliability and quality of the moulds and the plastic
products manufactured with them.
Our experienced employees issue test
regulations in accordance with the profiles of new products and help to
establish an appropriate system of internal control at the production
site.

Expert reports/damage analysis
Damage analysis of plastic products (e.g. injection moulded articles,
extrusion products (pipes, profiles), containers and welding joints)
reveal in detail what caused the failure and indicate how the problem
can be solved. If disputes arise, experts are available who can be
asked for their expert opinion by the court of jurisdiction.
