SKZ is authorized by DIBt (German Institute for Civil Engi- neering) to test and inspect as well as to certify a large number of product groups in the field of building mate- rials. We are authorized by the EU in Brussels to certify geo- synthetics in accordance with the European Construction Products Directive (CE certificate). Companies are granted SKZ quality marks for new pro- ducts that have been inspected in accordance with the SKZ specifications for tests and inspection. The fact that this quality mark has spread all over Europe by now shows how important it is.
