We are a testing laboratory accredited by DAP (German Accreditation System for Testing GmbH) in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 and provide testing services for plastics and plastic products in accordance with national and international standards. Testing is one of the core competences of SKZ. We offer a wide range of services, including mechanical-technological, chemical-analytical, electrical, optical, thermal and climatic testings as well as (combustion analysis) flammability tests and creep tests of plastics and plastic products. Accreditation comprises more than 900 standards, guidelines and regulations. This makes SKZ one of the largest accredited testing laboratories for plastics in Europe. In addition to the analysis of plastics and plastic products our testing laboratory provides further services including component parts testing under various conditions of load and stress to ensure long-term application. We give expert opinions to courts and provide failure analysis of moulded parts. As we want to offer our clients quick results of high quality at fair prices, we have automated several standard testing techniques (DSC, TGA, MVR) as far as possible.
