Peine is the most recent and
northernmost SKZ centre established in 1991 with support from the state
of Lower Saxony and the town of Peine.
The programme of
training courses spans the subjects of quality control, processing
plastics with machines as well as processing semi-finished products.
In the field of plastics processing machines the main focus has been
traditionally placed on injection moulding. Pipe-working is the core
subject in the treatment and processing of semi-products. A variety of
up-to-date seminars rounds off the training course programme.
Small-sized
industrial companies and the plastics processing industry are the
target groups. Emphasis is placed not only on technical problems but
also economic and ecological aspects.
Core competence
Courses are provided for the setters of injection moulding machines,
tool makers, machine operators and quality assurance staff.
For semi-finished products the focus is placed on pipe processing. We
are an accredited training centre (DVGW, DVS, institute for plastics
processing at the RWTH Aachen) and offer preparation courses and exams
in accordance with the DVGW 330, DVS 2212 and 2221 regulations.
Seminars on materials, processing, application, testing, environmental
problems and recycling and management round off our programme.
Industrial craftsman
In tandem with the training institute of the chemical industry of
northern Germany (BCI) we provide preparatory courses for industrial
craftsmen in plastics/rubber.
